Shipping:

Following a Live sale you have 24 hours to pay for your claims. After this timeframe items are packed and shipped within 48 hours.

How fast your parcel will arrive will be based on which postage you purchase. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. 

We offer:

  • £3.50 2nd class postage - This does not provide tracking information. Delivery is usually 2 -3 working days but subject to Royal Mail time frames.

  • £4.50 Tracked 48 hours - This can be tracked and has a higher insurance cover. This postage option sometimes is replaced by 2nd Class signed for postage where Tracked 48 hour is not available.

  • Special Delivery/ 24 hours tracked - This is the fasted shipping option we standardly provide. Parcels are tracked, insured and arrive 24 hours from shipping. 

All shipping timeframes may be affected by Royal Mail service issues. This is outside of our control. Where possible we will inform you of any expected delays. 

How do I pay for a claim I made on Instagram or Tiktok?

All sale claims will be added to the page Live Sale Claims on our website. All claims must be paid for with 24 hours.

Any claims not paid for will be cancelled after 24 hours.

How do I order?

We will be holding weekly live sales on Tiktok and Story sales on Instagram.

Additional stock of crystals will be listed on our website for purchase.

How can I pay?

Please only claim for items you wish to purchase and are able to pay for. We understand that circumstances change, where possible let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a claim. Any individuals that make claims and do not follow through with payment, may be banned from future sales.

What is the returns policy?

All items are sold as seen. We do not accept returns unless damaged. 

Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase to discuss returns.

Where do you ship to?

The UK and Internationally.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 working days.

What do I so if I made a claim on Tiktok/Instagram but I do not want it anymore?
